We are seeking a compassionate and professional Infuse Nurse Manager to oversee the nursing department of our Poudre Infusion Therapy, LLC located at 915 Centre Ave. Suite #3, Fort Collins, CO.

We are accepting applications for an Infuse Nurse Manager available to work:
- Full Time (32 hours)
- Monday through Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Rotating call
Job Responsibilities
- Provides support & direction to nursing team
- Must have knowledge of nursing service administration & infusion therapy services
- Provides infusion therapy to patients in our Ambulatory Infusion Center, the patient’s home or an alternate site
- Role will be split between administrative duties and clinical nursing duties as needed. Coordination of schedule will be planned out with Director
- Responsible for infusion nurses’ work schedules
- Conduct performance evaluations for nursing staff
- Functions as a case manager for coordination of the patient’s health care needs in the home/AIC/Alternate site setting with the family, physician, community resources, health care providers and patient support systems
- Evaluate new or updated policies and procedures with Director and Clinical team. Help implement compliance within the nursing staff for quality improvement policies, programs and procedures
- Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices and regulatory requirements including state and ACHC regulations
- Maintaining and improving the quality of patient care and standards of care
- Collaborate with Director to create process changes as needed. Inform, teach, and support nurses with any process changes
- Train and onboard new nursing staff with facility and regulatory requirements
- Will be trained to provide chemotherapy as needed

Wages
Compensation is dependent on experience.
Qualifications:Qualifications
- RN with valid Colorado licensure – Current and in good standing
- Minimum 2 years medical/surgical nursing experience
- Peripheral/Central IV access experience
- Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with clients, families, physicians, community resources and the general public
- Valid driver’s license, your own transportation, and maintain an acceptable driving record, per company standards
Preferred Experience
- One-year supervisory experience preferred
- Home infusion or Ambulatory Infusion Center experience
- BSN or MSN degree
Salary : $44 - $50
