Canyon Home Care & Hospice is currently hiring a full-time admit/support nurse for hospice.

Come join our team of caring professionals!

Work schedule would include Monday thru Friday, 10a-6p, helping with admissions for new patients and support visits for case managers. 

Travel only in Salt Lake County, reimbursement for mileage.

Flexible schedule, competitive salary, excellent training.

ON CALL RN QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Cheerful customer service oriented
  • Current Utah RN license (required)
  • Current CPR (Required)
  • Experience in the home health and hospice settings
  • Excellent availability and response time to calls
  • Demonstrated ability to triage and apply critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of and ability to navigate electronic medical records
  • Reliable transportation and auto insurance (Required)
