Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new home health clients and expand existing accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the benefits of our services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, physicians, case managers, and other healthcare stakeholders through proactive account management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to meet both client needs and company goals.
- Deliver compelling product demos and educational sessions to illustrate service features and advantages effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Experience
- Proven success in B2B sales within the healthcare or medical sales industry, particularly in home health or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct technical product demos and explain complex solutions clearly.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and managing key accounts effectively.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to engage diverse audiences confidently.
- Experience in outside sales roles requiring high levels of organization, self-motivation, and leadership.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, for creating presentations and reports.
