We are seeking a driven and organized Human Resources Manager to lead all facets of recruiting, onboarding, and employee management within a fast-paced home care environment. This role plays a critical part in building and supporting a high-quality caregiver workforce across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple locations and departments
- Partner with Branch managers to define roles, hiring needs, and recruitment strategies
- Create, post, and manage job listings across platforms (really, MyCNA, etc.)
- Screen candidates, conduct pre-interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
- Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing methods
- Support and grow the employee referral program
Onboarding & Compliance
- Manage the full onboarding process for caregivers and administrative staff.
- Ensure all pre-employment requirements, background checks, and licensing are completed
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and healthcare regulations
- Prepare and maintain accurate, compliant personnel files
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding communication
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Assist with employee relations, performance, and disciplinary matters
- Assist with employee reviews and performance management processes
- Oversee communication to field staff (newsletters, updates, benefit communications)
- Track licensure, training requirements, and renewal timelines
- Input and maintain employee data within HRIS systems
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning
- Support benefits programs that enhance recruitment and retention
- Stay current on industry trends and provide insight on hiring strategies
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of recruiting and onboarding experience (home care or healthcare preferred)
- Experience supporting multiple hiring managers and/or locations
- Strong ability to translate job requirements into effective hiring strategies
- Hands-on experience with job boards (really, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
