Job Summary
As an In Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of assistance within their own homes. Your compassionate care and support will empower clients to maintain their independence while ensuring their safety and well-being. You will engage with clients on a personal level, providing essential daily living assistance and fostering a nurturing environment.
What you'll do
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' mental well-being.
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records of client progress and needs.
- Go on community outings 2/3 times a week.
Basic qualifications
- No experience necessary. We will train.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
