Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with the nurses to make scheduling changes as needed to accommodate patients.
- Plot frequencies and schedule accordingly by assigned clinicians.
- Responsible to ensure that every clinician is carrying a full schedule to meet productivity as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to clinicians, internal team, sales team, patients and families that we serve.

Experience Needed:
- Past experience in a medical field preferred-Kinser experience would be great.
- Previous scheduling experience a plus!
- Bilingual a plus
