💼 What You’ll Do:
- Promote Nightingale’s home health services to physicians, hospitals, and the community
- Collaborate with directors on market strategies and goals
- Create and present monthly action plans
- Represent the company at professional and community events
- Maintain a professional image and strong communication skills
- Stay current on home healthcare rules and trends
- Resolve referral source concerns quickly and professionally
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Business preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of home health or patient navigation experience
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and car registration
- Ability to attend a 2-day in-office orientation
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
