Physical Therapist (PT) - Minneapolis
This is a salaried position starting at $150,000 per year!

Nightingale Home Healthcare is currently seeking full-time physical therapist with excellent verbal/written communication and teaching skills as well as demonstrable comfort with electronic documentation. The ideal candidate will have previous homecare, outpatient or skilled nursing facility experience.

Qualifications
· Active MN Physical Therapist license
· A minimum of one years of patient care experience; preferably in a homecare setting
· Able to travel the assigned territory
· Able to work full-time M-F
· Able to assist with on call / weekends when needed
· Active CPR Certification
· Active driver license and reliable transportation
· Electronic documentation experience
· Able to attend orientation in the MN Office
