Nightingale Visiting Nurses is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with home health experience to join our team as a Clinical Manager in our Taunton, Massachusetts office.

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
• Provide clinical support and supervision to field clinicians
• Conduct SOC, ROC, and Recertification visits when needed
• Review and approve OASIS documentation and care plans
• Ensure compliance with Medicare home health regulations
• Serve as liaison between patients, physicians, and clinical staff
• Assist with staff training, mentoring, and evaluations
• Participate in on-call rotation
Qualifications:Qualifications
• Active Massachusetts RN License
• Home Health experience strongly preferred
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• OASIS experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license
