At Home Care Powered by AUAF, creating a smooth process is the key to our success. We’re looking for an office manager who has excellent organizational skills to keep AUAF thriving. The office manager will provide support for operations and clear communication between branches. A knowledge of dealing with homecare services and healthcare companies.
Objectives of this role
- Maintain operational policies, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, and cultivate relationships with vendors.
- Operate as the main point of contact for all internal/external communications.
Responsibilities
- This position reports the Operations Manager.
- Stay up-to-date on local and federal program guidelines and requirements, including required continuing education.
- Provide administrative support including: scheduling appointments and events, handing mail, maintaining administrative contacts.
- Keep office equipment in working order, and order supplies.
- Interview and hire potential candidates.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of related experience in home and community-based services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with an aptitude for learning new softwares and systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and client information
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in healthcare or homecare administration
- Familiarity with Sandata
- Multilingual
