About the Role
Home Care Partners, LLC is seeking reliable, responsible, and compassionate caregivers.
I am specifically looking for a caregiver for a client in Winter Springs. the shift is Monday through Sunday 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM. I need someone with transferring experience. He was temporarily paralyzed from the legs down, needs help transferring and daily activitys.
Responsibilities
Care is non-medical and may include:
- Companionship & conversation
- Light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, general tidying)
- Meal preparation
- Grocery shopping & errands
- Transportation to appointments (doctor visits, therapy, etc.)
- Medication reminders
- Pet care (as needed)
- Providing safety, support, and a positive presence

1. Reliability
Clients depend on you. Showing up on time, every time, is critical.
2. Communication
We expect clear, professional communication — letting us know your availability, any issues with a shift, or updates about the client.
3. A Working Personal Vehicle
You must have:
- A reliable, functioning personal vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive to clients, errands, and appointments
No Uber, Lyft, or shared rides — your own car is required for this role.
If your vehicle is not dependable, this position will not be a good fit.
Requirements
- Reliable personal vehicle (no Uber/Lyft)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
- Dependable, drama-free work ethic
- Ability to work independently in a client’s home
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 years caregiving experience preferred (family experience also considered)
- CNA/HHA certification a plus but not required
Availability
