- Lift and transfer clients safely using proper techniques to prevent injury.
- Uphold HIPAA regulations by maintaining confidentiality of client information.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
Qualifications
- Certification in CPR and PSS is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of resident rights and commitment to providing respectful care.
- Ability to lift clients safely and assist with mobility as needed.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as required.
