Home Helpers Home Care is opening a new home care agency serving the South Charlotte / Matthews area and is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) interested in a clinical leadership and supervisory role during startup and early operations.
This is a non‑bedside position focused on clinical oversight rather than direct patient care. The role supports hands‑on personal care services through supervision, caregiver competency oversight, and quality/compliance readiness as the agency completes licensure and begins operations.
Key Focus Areas
- Clinical supervision of hands‑on personal care services
- Caregiver oversight, guidance, and competency support
- Collaboration on quality, safety, and compliance processes
- Participation in regulatory readiness and early operational setup
Role Structure
- This is a limited‑scope, leadership‑focused role designed specifically for a startup environment
- The role is not shift‑based and does not involve routine bedside care
- Structure, time commitment, and arrangement are discussed individually to ensure alignment
Ideal Background
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
- Experience in home care, community health, case management, or clinical supervision preferred
- Comfortable providing oversight, mentorship, and clinical guidance rather than direct bedside care
- Interested in contributing to the launch and growth of a home care agency
Additional Helpful Experience (Not Required)
- Experience working in multilingual or multicultural care environments
- Ability to communicate in French is a plus, but not required
