Position OverviewWe are currently seeking reliable and compassionate Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants to support private clients in Scottsdale, Arizona.
This is a non-medical, in-home care role, working one-on-one with clients in residential settings.
- Experience as a caregiver, PCA, or similar role preferred
- Ability to work independently in a home setting
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate approach
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide mobility and transfer support
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Offer medication reminders (non-clinical)
- Maintain a safe and clean home environment
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Follow care plans and client preferences
- W2 employee classification
- Weekly pay
