Home & Care Home Health – Home Health Sales Director (Full-Time, Billings MT)

Home & Care Home Health is seeking a strategic and motivated Home Health Sales Director to lead business development and outreach efforts for our Billings, Montana branch. This key role is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships, strengthening our presence in the regional healthcare community, and supporting our mission of providing compassionate, high-quality home health services to the patients and families we serve.

Position Overview
The Home Health Sales Director oversees all sales, outreach, and referral development strategies for the Billings service area. This role focuses on expanding referral sources, improving visibility within the healthcare community, and supporting branch growth through strong professional partnerships and proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that drives growth and increases referrals within the Billings market.
Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, and other community partners.
Serve as the primary representative of Home & Care Home Health through consistent onsite visits, outreach calls, community presence, and professional collaboration.
Identify new referral opportunities and emerging market needs to guide long-term growth strategies.
Manage and track referral pipelines using CRM systems or referral-tracking tools.
Work closely with clinical and intake teams to ensure seamless communication, timely admissions, and an excellent referral partner experience.
Support marketing initiatives, including community events, presentations, educational outreach, and promotional campaigns.
Analyze referral trends, market data, and competitive activity to continuously improve outreach strategies.
Represent Home & Care’s commitment to quality, compassion, and service excellence in all interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven success in home health sales, healthcare marketing, or medical business development preferred.
Demonstrated ability to grow census and build strong professional relationships in the healthcare community.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Billings healthcare network and referral landscape is highly preferred.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet growth goals.
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Clinical background is a plus, but not required.
