Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to patients with a variety of injuries, illnesses, and functional limitations to help them reach their highest potential.
- Conduct assessments, record findings, and develop individualized treatment programs with measurable goals.
- Design and implement rehabilitation programs that align with physician plans and patient goals, adapting as needed for optimal results.
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to update and refine treatment plans.
- Supervise and provide clear guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, reporting progress and updating care plans as needed.
Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA-approved)
- Current, unrestricted Montana PT license
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience preferred (new graduates considered)
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
