What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN)- Admissions ( Weekend On-Call) position at Home Care Connectors?
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team for admissions and start of care (S.O.C) duties on weekends.
You MUST be able to work anytime during the hours of Friday 5pm- Monday 8:30am.
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse In the State of Connecticut
- Two years of previous home care experience in nursing
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- IV Certified/ IV Hydrations
- Time Management
- Punctual with Paperwork
- Autonomy
- Knows how to Prioritize
Responsibilities:
- Admitting/performing start of care for new patients
- Communicate with collaborating nurses regarding patient care
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
Experience:
- Home Care Nursing: 1 year (Required)
- Registered Nurse: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- RN License (Required)
