Role Description The Commercial Insurance Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Grand Coteau, LA. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting needs assessments, and recommending appropriate commercial insurance products for home care providers. The representative will prepare and present quotes, explain coverage options, and support clients through policy applications, renewals, and changes. Daily activities include maintaining a pipeline of leads, following up on referrals, providing high-quality customer service, and collaborating with underwriting and brokerage partners to finalize policies. The role also involves keeping accurate records in CRM systems and staying current on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Knowledge of Insurance products and Insurance Brokerage practices, particularly in commercial lines.
