What You’ll Do
• Manage and Maintain the Caregiver Schedule – Match caregivers to client needs, ensure appropriate coverage, and quickly resolve last-minute changes.
• Proactively Communicate – Keep caregivers and clients informed, confirm schedules, and ensure all shifts are covered.
• Follow and Enforce Processes – Ensure scheduling aligns with company policies, caregiver parameters (30 hours), and compliance standards.
• Support Client and Caregiver Relations – Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless scheduling experience.
• Emergency & On-Call Support – Rotate on-call duties to address scheduling emergencies.

✔ Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using scheduling software, email, and phone systems.
✔ Exceptional Communication – Clear, professional, and proactive in calls, texts, and emails.
✔ Ability to work under pressure – Can handle multiple urgent requests while staying calm and collected.
