What You'll Do
- Generate new home care clients through sales, networking, community outreach, and referral development.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehab facilities, senior living communities, physicians, social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop new referral sources and consistently follow up on leads.
- Make in-person sales and marketing visits throughout Honolulu.
- Attend networking events, community events, senior expos, and healthcare events.
- Educate families and referral partners about our home care services.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly growth goals.
- Work with our care team to turn referrals into new clients.
- Represent our family-owned company professionally throughout the community.

Qualifications
- Sales, marketing, business development, healthcare, home care, senior care, or related experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, networking, and face-to-face sales.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Professional and personable.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Knowledge of the Honolulu healthcare or senior-care community is a plus.
