POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in clients’ homes. Help seniors and adults with daily living while building meaningful connections.

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and reference check
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Negative TB test (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, feeding, and hygiene support
- Assist with household tasks: light housekeeping, meal prep, grocery shopping, errands, and transportation
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and medication reminders
- Complete daily electronic documentation
