Home Care Assistance is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes. We offer competitive pay based on your experience, certifications, and qualifications, plus additional weekend differential pay.

PAY STRUCTURE

$15.00/hr – Entry Level Caregiver (No Professional Experience Required)

$16.00/hr – Caregivers with 6 Months of Professional Caregiving Experience

$17.00/hr – Medical Assistant Certification or 4 Years of Verifiable Caregiving Experience

$18.00/hr – Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

$1.00/hr Weekend Differential (Saturday & Sunday)

Weekend pay examples:

• Entry Level Caregiver: $16/hr weekends
• 6 Months Experience: $17/hr weekends
• Medical Assistant Certification or 4 Years Experience: $18/hr weekends
• CNA Certified: $19/hr weekends

Additional Earnings

Caregiver Responsibilities

Caregivers provide support with:

• Personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Transfers and mobility assistance
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship and emotional support
• Dementia and memory care support
• Post-hospital and recovery care
• Transportation to appointments when needed

What We're Looking For

We are looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers who:

• Have caregiving experience or a willingness to learn
• Are available to work weekends (highly preferred)
• Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Can safely assist clients with mobility using assistive devices
• Can pass a background check and drug screen
