Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. Your organizational skills and proficiency with office software will help streamline administrative processes and support overall office efficiency. Duties

  • Enter and verify data into company databases using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized software like QuickBooks.
  • Manage filing systems both electronically and physically, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and team members.
  • Assist with front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and overseeing calendar management for staff.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency before submission or filing.
  • Support office management tasks such as organizing meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Provide bilingual support when needed to facilitate communication with diverse clients or team members.

Qualifications

  • Proven clerical or office experience with a strong background in data entry and administrative support.
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy; keen attention to detail for proofreading and data verification.
  • Experience handling multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer service interactions.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse client base.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures, filing systems, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping is preferred.
