We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator to help support and grow our brand across digital platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys content creation, social media marketing, analytics, and working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives, supporting content creation, managing social media workflows, tracking performance metrics, and assisting with brand growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives with ownership and accountability, is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new systems and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, creation, and scheduling of social media content across Instagram and other digital platforms
- Design marketing materials, graphics, presentations, and promotional assets using Canva
- Support content organization, editing, and publishing workflows
- Track and report on social media, website, and marketing performance metrics
- Maintain content calendars and marketing schedules
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletter distribution
- Research marketing trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
- Help implement and manage marketing systems, software, and automation tools
- Support special projects related to branding, events, partnerships, and business development
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Perform administrative marketing tasks as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Strong proficiency with Instagram
- Strong proficiency with Canva
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles
- Experience with photography, videography, or content creation is a plus
- Experience leveraging AI
Real Estate Experience
Real estate experience is not required. We are more interested in finding a strong marketer with excellent communication skills, creativity, and a desire to grow professionally.
