Are you passionate about helping people find their dream home? We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused New Home Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will meet with prospective homebuyers throughout West Michigan, answer their questions, educate them on the benefits of purchasing a home with our company, and guide them through the home-buying process.

Responsibilities
- Market and sell newly constructed homes.
- Meet with prospective homebuyers and provide information about our homes and communities.
- Promote the value, features, and benefits of our homes.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Communicate and collaborate daily with clients and office staff.
- Ensure sales documents and customer files are accurate, organized, and up to date.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive, professional attitude.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of residential construction.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Michigan driver's license.
- Michigan Real Estate License, or the ability to obtain one.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in homebuilding, real estate, or a related industry.
