Home Base, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wrap Facilitation Administrative Assistant to support our CSED (Children with Serious Emotional Disorder) and Safe At Home Programs. This is a full-time position offering a competitive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid leave.

Pay Rate: $15.00
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Wrap Facilitators and program staff.
- Assist with case management processes, documentation, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records within electronic health and case management systems.
- Coordinate communication between staff, families, and community partners.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational privacy standards.
- Support program operations through scheduling, file management, and other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human services, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of administrative or clerical support experience, ideally in human services, healthcare, or social work.
- Knowledge of Wraparound principles strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with case management systems and electronic health records a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PDF tools required; ability to adapt to multiple platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Must be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Empathy, reliability, creativity, and a commitment to trauma-informed care are essential.
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, registration, and inspection (where applicable).
- Ability to pass NCIC/CIB and APS/CPS background checks.
- Ability to provide three professional references.
