House Cleaner

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and short term rentals settings. As a House Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that homes are clean, comfortable, and welcoming for our clients and their guests. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and short term rental properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the quality and appearance of various flooring types.
• Launder linens and other household items as needed to ensure freshness and cleanliness.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established cleaning protocols and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client requests and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks.
• Assist with additional duties such as cooking or organizing as requested by clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and products for various surfaces is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently met.
