What are the responsibilities and job description for the HCA Caregiver position at Home Attendant Care?
We are looking for compassionate Home Care Aides and CNA's to join our team in Whatcom County. Our family owned company provides in-home care to seniors who require assistance staying in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and guidelines
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques
- Implement behavior management strategies for clients with autism or other behavioral challenges
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Document client care activities and report any changes in condition to the supervisor

Requirements:
- Must have HCA or CNA Certification or be in process of certification
- Be 18 years of age
- Have a valid drivers license and a reliable car to transport clients
- Must be authorized to work in the US

Pay: $22.00 - $23.75 per hour
