Group Homes and Independent Living Agency serving the developmentally disabled population seeks applicants in the Deland area for group home direct care and/or community-based companion services.
- Must be at least 18 years of age, be a U.S. Citizen, and have a HS Diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Preferred: One year experience in human services, social services, or caregiving related area. If no prior experience this can be waived by being shadowed for the first 90 days for the right candidate(s).
- Must clear a Level II Background Screening.
- Seeking full and part-time position individuals who have basic technology/computer knowledge and good documentation skills. (Must be capable of using a phone app - provided by agency).
Other:
- Online Trainings required to complete (free) prior to start.
- Must have availability for flexible hours, varied days and times, including evenings, weekends, and overnights.
- Starting rate $15.00 per hour. Higher compensation considered based on experience.
