Job Description: Are you a compassionate individual with a heart for caring? Home at Heart is seeking reliable and loving caregivers to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. As an in-home caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our elderly patients in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly clients.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Escort clients to appointments and engage in meaningful conversations.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.
- Keep accurate records of care provided.
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
