Responsibilities

- Read and interpret schematics to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to conduct thorough inspections and repairs on appliances.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the repair process and addressing any concerns.
- Delivery and Install Appliances.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each job.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician is preferred.
- Understanding of electrical systems and HVAC principles is beneficial.
- Previous experience in field service roles is a plus.
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude with hands-on assembly skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Experience as a delivery driver is advantageous for transporting equipment.
