Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair major household appliances
- Deliver and install appliances for customers
- Perform general maintenance and service-related tasks
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Maintain accurate service records and work orders
- Follow all company safety procedures and driving regulations
Qualifications
- Mechanical or electro-mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional, neat, and customer-friendly appearance
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift and move appliances safely
- Previous appliance repair or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
