Thoughtful, Curious, Proactive Summer Intern (Project Management Social Media)
We’re looking for a thoughtful, curious, and proactive summer intern to support both day-to-day agency operations and content/social media efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience across client work, content creation, and how a small, fast-moving agency actually operates behind the scenes.
You’ll work closely with our team across three main areas:
1- Account & Project Support
- Support day-to-day client work and internal operations
- Help craft meeting recaps and follow-ups
- Assist in deck building, research, and organization
- Help keep projects moving by supporting timelines and deliverables
2- Event Support
- Assist with content capture during events and meetings
- Support light content creation tied to founder visibility
- Help identify and document moments that can turn into content
- Be a second set of eyes and hands in fast-moving environments
3- Social Media & Content Support
- Work directly with our Brand Content Producer and social lead
- Assist in editing short-form video (Reels, TikTok-style content)
- Support post creation, formatting, and scheduling
- Help gather and organize content across projects and clients
- Learn how strategy translates into actual content output
What we're looking for
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Comfortable with Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar editing platforms
- Basic understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Granola)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Curious and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable taking direction and asking questions

- Summer internship with opportunity for college credit
- Part-time, with flexibility based on availability
- Based in or near Traverse City, MI
