Breakfast Attendant
Breakfast Attendant is responsible for setting up, maintaining and breaking down the breakfast buffet and for maintaining the breakfast dining area. Also, to have a positive experience with guests to ensure all their needs are well taken care of.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up breakfast food
- Stock and maintain the breakfast area during hours of operation
- Keep the serving & dining area clean during hours of operation
- Set-up and tear down the serving area to the standard of the hotel.
- Make sure the serving area is clean before leaving for the day.
- Wash all serving dishes and utensils at the end of service.
- Be flexible regarding work schedule.
- Must be willing to work weekends.
- Report to work on time and in proper and clean uniform, including name tag.
- Greet all guests immediately and offer assistance before the guest needs to ask.
- Focus your total attention on the guest.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop personal relationships in a professional manner
- Ability to work well under limited supervision at times
- Due to cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employee may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
