What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Manager position at Homax Oil Sales, Inc.?
Homax Oil Sales is looking for an experienced manager to run the day to day operations for the I25 Pit Stop in Wheatland. This is the Sinclair Station and liquor store on the south side of Wheatland.
Duties
· Management of staff including hiring, scheduling and training.
· Maintain internal control procedures for both the stores and bar including cash counts and deposits, ordering inventory, daily DEQ reports and management of labor hours.
· Creating and executing deli and hot food programs for the convenience store.
· Delegating and completing daily maintenance and cleaning tasks around the store and reporting major maintenance issues to main office.
· Providing excellent customer service to all our patrons.
· Maintain compliance with OSHA, DEQ, State Health Inspectors and all federal and local regulations.
Qualifications
· Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift 40lb on a regular basis.
· 1 year management experience with C-Store or related operations.
· Ability to maintain a positive attitude and team leadership to promote good working relationships with employee, customers and venders.
