We are seeking a polished, attentive Server to join our dining room team.
About the Role
Serving at Homage is about guiding guests through an experience — not just taking orders. Our servers are storytellers, caretakers, and professionals who understand timing, intuition, and grace.
You will be responsible for:
- Delivering warm, knowledgeable, and attentive table service
- Guiding guests through the menu, daily specials, and beverage offerings
- Executing service steps with precision and care
- Maintaining awareness of guest needs without being intrusive
- Working closely with the bar, kitchen, and management team
- Upholding Homage’s standards for pacing, presentation, and hospitality
What We’re Looking For
- Prior serving experience in a high-quality or chef-driven restaurant preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm confidence in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest connection
- Ability to learn menus, ingredients, and service standards quickly
- Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first attitude
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and busy service periods
