What are the responsibilities and job description for the EKG Technician position at Holzer Health System?
Works under the direct supervision of the Manager of Respiratory Therapy. Assists in planning and supervising the administration of EKG procedures upon the physician's prescription. Performs EKGs to obtain high quality results to ensure the well-being of the patient. Assists others to ensure a timely completion of duties so that patient care is completed in a timely basis. Treats all patients, customers, and coworkers with courtesy and respect to continually show improvement in the service we offer to our co-workers and the communities we serve.
Education, Work Experience and Licensure:
· Minimum of a high school diploma required.
· Medical terminology and anatomy preferred
· Minimum of BCLS training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Salary : $740 - $5,105
