Responsibilities:
- Provide phone coverage during lunch hour (12:00–1:00 PM and any breaks)
- Process wholesale deals and dealer trades
- Perform filing and maintain organized records
- Assist with inventory tasks - stock in new vehicles
- ECOM invoice processing
- Perform various administrative and office duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Accurate data entry and computer proficiency
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and interruptions effectively
- Dealership and accounting experience is a plus
- Reliable and able to adapt to changing office needs
