Enrollment Administrative Support
Position responsible for answering the phones in the enrollment department, responding to emails and greeting visitors in a professional office setting. The position supports the maintenance of enrollment records, input of application data, pre-screens for eligibility, and scheduling of appointments. This position performs a wide variety of tasks such as filing, database input, copying, filing, scanning, ordering supplies, etc. This position must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. The candidate must have solid administrative skills, adhere to strict confidentiality procedures, must be proficient with MS office programs, and have excellent communication skills.
Education and Certification Requirements
- High School or GED required; Associates degree in business administration or related field preferred.
Experience
- 2 years of administrative experience required.
Qualities and Skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong time management, organizational, written and verbal skills required.
- Strong computer skills required.
- Knowledge of state subsidized child care preferred.
- Head Start experience preferred.
Starting Pay: $22.22 per hour
Full Time: 40 hours per week
Full Year: 52 weeks per year
