We are looking for a Hotel Front Desk Operation Manager or AGM with IHG experience.
Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Need IHG/Holiday Inn/Holiday Inn Express experiences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experiences with Front Desk PMS
- Knowledge of Accounting, Credit card Charge back, and financial reporting.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available for all shift and weekends when needed
Pay rates will be depending on your experiences and skills.
