Part-Time Art Teacher

Holy Trinity School is seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated Part-Time Art Teacher to join our school community. This position offers the opportunity to inspire students through artistic expression while supporting their academic and creative growth. The Part-Time Art Teacher will provide engaging, developmentally appropriate art instruction to students in grades K–8. The ideal candidate will foster creativity, build artistic skills, and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities -Plan and deliver art lessons aligned with national or state art standards -Introduce a variety of artistic mediums and techniques (drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed media, etc.) -Encourage creativity, self-expression, and appreciation of art -Display student artwork and contribute to school-wide events and showcases -Maintain a positive, organized, and respectful classroom environment -Collaborate with faculty and staff Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in Art Education or related field (preferred) -Valid teaching certificate -Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students -Strong classroom management and communication skills Position Details -Part-time (schedule based on school needs) -School-year position -Competitive hourly rate based on experience How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume, cover letter, and references to: Shannon Saxton-Murphy at smurphy@holytrinitycp.org.
