Position Overview
Holy Trinity Catholic Schools is seeking a highly organized and student-centered individual to serve as Activities Coordinator. This stipend position will serve as an Assistant Activities Director, supporting the Head Activities Director and Junior High programs while also leading the development, coordination, and oversight of youth programming aligned with our school mission. The Activities Coordinator will work closely with the Activities Director on a regular basis to plan upcoming events, address program needs, and support the overall growth of school and youth activities. This role also includes assisting with scheduling and coordination of athletic facilities to ensure effective use for both school and community programming. The position follows a flexible schedule based on the activities calendar, including regular evening commitments and occasional weekend responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Junior High Activities Support
- Provide on-site supervision for Junior High athletic events and activities, including:
- Crowd Management
- Student-Athlete Supervision
- Coach and Official Coordination
- Assist the Activities Director with administrative responsibilities, including:
- Awards Coordination
- Documentation Collection and Organization
- Support supervision and operations for larger school events as needed
Community & Youth Leadership
- Serve as the primary contact and coordinator for all youth activities and programs
- Organize and Oversee:
- Practice and Game Scheduling
- Team Formation and Organization
- Hiring and Onboarding of Youth Coaches
- Ensure all youth coaches adhere to school expectations, policies, and guidelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families and community members involved in youth programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coaching Authorization or willingness to obtain
- Experience in educating, coaching, athletic/event supervision, or youth program coordination
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fact-paced environment
- Commitment to fostering a positive, faith-centered environment for students and families
