What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Early Faith Formation position at Holy Trinity Anglican Church?
Company Description
Holy Trinity Anglican Church was launched in 2009 in Orange County, CA, shaped from the beginning by one core question: What would it look like to be a formationally oriented church — lived out for the sake of others?
As a counter-cultural community and part of the C4SO Diocese (Churches for the Sake of Others), HTC has cultivated values of rest, quiet, thoughtfulness, beauty, and a gentle, non-anxious presence. Through contemplative and artistic worship, we attune disciples of Jesus to the Spirit's work through the consistent ministry of Word and Sacrament.
Rooted in the global Anglican Communion yet welcoming of many backgrounds, HTC is firmly established in its values — and after 15 years of faithful growth, we believe we are only at the beginning.
