Infant Caregiver | Holy Spirit Episcopal Day School

The Role:

• Engage & Inspire: Engage our students in age appropriate developmental activities and creative play.
• Nurture & Care: Maintain routines for rest, physical activity, and health (including diapering).
• Connect: Build strong, positive relationships with students and parents through daily updates.
• Stay Active: Enjoy outdoor time daily and engage with kids at their level (on the floor/crouching).
• Positive & Calm: Maintain a calm presence under pressure and restore a positive atmosphere during high paced, stressful moments.

What You Bring:

• Experience in childcare or teaching with a heart for infants and toddlers.
• A patient, positive demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Physical stamina (ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs).
• A "team player" attitude toward classroom activities and upkeep.
