Job Description
Holy Rosary Bilingual Academy is a Catholic school grounded in the teachings of Christ and the traditions of the Church. We form compassionate servant leaders—rooted in faith, language, and service—who are bilingual, biliterate, and culturally aware.
We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Middle School Teacher to join our team. This position is part of a dual language immersion program, with instruction delivered in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centered instruction
- Support students’ academic, social, and spiritual development
- Create a positive and structured classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning
- Integrate Catholic values and teachings into daily instruction
- Communicate effectively with families and staff
Qualifications
- Current state teaching certification or ability to obtain
- Commitment to the mission of Catholic education (practicing Catholic preferred)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Demonstrated fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong communication skills with students, families, and colleagues
- Familiarity with educational technology and learning management systems
- Strong classroom management rooted in restorative and developmentally appropriate practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in bilingual or dual language settings
- Familiarity with middle school curriculum and development
