Transportation Brokerage LLC is a Christian-owned transportation brokerage seeking dependable Independent Contractor Transporters to provide safe, reliable transportation for individuals throughout . We are not a TNC—we connect independent transporters with individuals who need transportation.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not employment. Transporters retain 70% of all passenger fares.

We are looking for individuals who share Christian values and are willing to maintain an open/flexible schedule to meet the transportation needs of our passengers.

What You’ll Do

• Provide transportation for local riders within Pinellas County.

• Pick up and transport the same passengers each day, ensuring consistent, predictable routes.

• Maintain an open and flexible schedule, including early mornings.

• Enjoy minimal driving—routes stay within the same county.

• Use our transportation tracking application to view assigned rides, update statuses, and manage trip workflows.

Our Ride Tracking Application

All transporters will use our company app to:

• Track all assigned rides

• Confirm pickup and drop-off status

• Log completed trips

• Receive real-time updates from dispatch

The app ensures you always know who you’re picking up, where you’re going, and what route to follow, making your work organized and stress-free.

Requirements (Florida Standards)

Vehicle & Insurance

• Reliable personal vehicle

• Valid Florida driver’s license

• Active Florida-compliant auto insurance

• Current registration and compliance with all Florida laws

Legal & Professional Requirements

• Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor

• Must not have any criminal convictions

• Must have a clean driving record

• Must be willing to undergo:

• Background check

• Psychiatric evaluation

• Drug testing

• Responsible for all insurance, taxes, and business obligations

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Dependable availability—open/flexible schedule required

• Strong communication skills (phone/text/GPS)

• Professional and courteous with recurring passengers

• Commitment to Christian values: honesty, integrity, respect, and kindness in all interactions
