Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Philadelphia, PA. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
- Experience with Clerical Skills, including organization and record-keeping
- Prior administrative or office management experience is preferred
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus
