Position Overview
Holy Pepperoni is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front-of-House Team Member to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing great service, and helping wherever needed.
Schedule & Availability
- Required shifts:
- Friday & Saturday evenings: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Two weekday evening shifts: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Must be dependable and consistently available for scheduled shifts
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Handling
- Greet customers warmly and create a positive experience
- Take accurate dine-in and carryout orders
- Answer phones and handle orders clearly and efficiently
- Notify guests when orders are ready and assist with pickup
POS & Payments
- Operate the Toast POS system
- Process cash and card payments accurately
- Handle transactions professionally and efficiently
Order Coordination
- Organize and stage pickup orders
- Assist with preparing delivery orders
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of orders
General Duties
- Help in the kitchen as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, lobby, and pickup area
- Restock supplies
- Assist with basic closing tasks
- Support the team with additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- Friendly, personable, and customer-oriented
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable handling cash
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus (not required)
Pay: From $10.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 – 20.0 per week
