Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to uphold health standards and prevent contamination.
- Assist with food handling, portioning, and plating to ensure timely meal service in high-volume settings.
- Follow food safety management protocols, including proper storage, labeling, and inventory control of ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service environments is highly desirable
- Experience with food safety sanitizing procedures and maintaining cleanliness standards preferred
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward supporting kitchen operations.
