Daily Tasks and Responsibilities
- Deliver AMAZING customer service
- Work as a team in a speed-focused environment
- Utilize memorization of recipes to provide consistently great food and beverages
- Perform store opening and closing duties as assigned - complete checklists on shift
- Excellence in multitasking and communication
- Positive and outgoing disposition
- Clean, sanitize and maintain store lobby and work environment
- Ensure proper food handling procedures
- Stock, replenish and organize food, utensils and beverage products
- Resolve guest complaints in a positive way to ensure an amazing experience for all customers
- Stand for long periods of time and be quick on your feet
